When you need a caffeine kick and you’re craving something sweet, there’s something especially refreshing about iced lattes. While it may be tempting to head over to a coffee shop or try to figure out the latest keto Starbucks drinks, it can end up being just as tasty (and WAY healthier) to make yours at home. These keto iced lattes are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth without racking up on your carbohydrates and refined sugar count. Plus, it ends up being better for your budget in the long run. That’s what we call a win!
We made sure to keep it smooth and creamy by using both heavy cream and blended cashews with a foundation of unsweetened almond milk. YUM! These keto iced lattes are naturally sweetened with monk fruit sweetener, which can certainly be adjusted based on your preference. Feel free to get creative and trade out these add-ins and flavors for other keto alternatives!

- 4 oz concentrated coffee, or 2 shots espresso
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp raw cashews
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste, or sub vanilla extract
- Ice
Equipment
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except ice, in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. (Make sure your coffee is cooled down before adding it to the blender.)
Fill your serving glass with ice and pour over ice. Enjoy!
