What is Texas Health MyChart? ›

MyChart is Texas Health Resources' secure patient web-portal that allows you to view your medical information, communicate with your Provider, and actively involves you in managing your healthcare. To sign up for your own MyChart account, you will need an activation code.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 682-236-6700. If you received an e-mail from Texas Health MyChart you may already have a Texas Health MyChart account. Do not use the sign up options below. Please use Forgot Username or Forgot Password to access your account or call 682.236.6700 for assistance.

What do I need to do if I receive an Invalid Personal Information error? This error can occur when your personal information does not match what is currently listed in your medical record. If you receive this error, use the Contact Us link located in the error message to notify MyChart support.

MyChart gives you access to your health information and a direct connection to your care team, with tools to help you actively participate in your care.

How is MyChart secure? Your healthcare providers take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal usernames, and passwords.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 614-366-6975 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

All lab results are compared to a standard guideline for what is considered “within normal range.” These standards were developed as a guide but are not absolute. You will see an exclamation point (!) next to the result if it's outside of the normal range, but that isn't necessarily a cause for concern.

My activation code does not work. What should I do? For your security, your activation code expires after a set period of time and is no longer valid after the first time you use it. If you still have problems, call our MyChart Patient Support Line at +1(800) 230-7526.

There isn't a set monthly payment for medical debt. The minimum monthly payment for your medical bills will depend on your agreement with your healthcare provider. Keeping up with the minimum payment and paying your balance on time prevents your medical bills from being sent to debt collection.
